Return Policy for MVHR filters
To be eligible for a refund or exchange in accordance to our returns policy:
- your filters must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your filters
- returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your filters.

We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the product by email to confirm whether we are able to offer an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 7 working days of authorisation.
